Returns & Exchanges
At Saffron & Stone, each piece is chosen and packaged with care. Because many of our items are handcrafted and produced in small batches, we want to make sure your purchase is treated thoughtfully from beginning to end.
If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with an exchange or store credit — we just ask that items are returned in their original condition.
Return Eligibility:

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for exchange or store credit.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

To initiate a return, please email info@saffronandstone.ca with your order number and details.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
We do our best to ensure every order leaves our studio in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. We’ll replace or refund the item right away.
How to Send Your Return:
We’ll provide detailed instructions once your return is approved. To ensure safe delivery, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We can’t guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking.
Refunds & Processing:
Store credits or exchanges will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your return is complete.
Because of the handcrafted nature of our pieces, slight variations in colour, texture, or pattern are natural and celebrated — they are not considered defects.
