Each Saffron & Stone order is packed with care and intention. We ship across Canada only, ensuring that every parcel arrives safely and beautifully presented.

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days of purchase. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your order’s journey to your door.

Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most deliveries arrive within 5–10 business days. All orders are shipped from Toronto, Ontario, via reliable carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator.

Please note:

• We do not currently ship internationally.

• Once a package is handed over to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our control, but we’ll always assist if issues arise.

• Larger or heavier items may require additional time for handling or special packaging.

• If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate parcels for safe transit.
